We realized after many year in the travel industry that many people didn’t get the chance to experience fully the country, its culture and people but certainly more resting and enjoyable time around their camps. Even our land is screaming for adventures, we really want our guests get the full experience and the best quiet moments their deserve. 
After all, coming from this far to visit Mongolia should be as much delightful as it can be. On this base, we developed solutions to make this happen for our travelers: we decided that each place we go to shall the nicest night time as possible. Therefore, we were able to build a fully functional and comfy camp at the Yak Valley, which is our main start before the more remote wilderness, and have with us the tools to pack comfort and resilience with us any moment of our journeys, to meet with your needs and will to feel at home anywhere. Setting a campsite with our premium tents is easy and takes only few minutes, but you will be amazed on how pleasant we can remain even to the wildest terrains. Every little details count, and we are happy to welcome you to our own sets of camps to spend incredible time outdoors.

A journey to the Mongolian countryside would only be complete by spending the night in a traditional Ger (the Mongolian term for home). With our clients in mind, and to remain as close to our nomad families as possible without damaging the environment, we decided to create our own line of Gers, specifically made with the idea of comfort and tradition. Inside of the white half-moon shaped haven, you will have the advantage to immerse yourself into the deep culture of the country with its traditional shape, natural materials used for centuries with wood structure and poles used for its roof, felt to insulate and cover the outside shape, and the animal hair used to make the ropes keeping the Ger together tight. It has a warm and safe round-shaped interior that provides both comfort and peacefulness, terms that made perfect sense to call it home.

We also made it with a touch of modernity to welcome you in the best possible way. Inside, you will be sleeping in proper beds with mattresses that are above the ground, and surrounded by every comfortable item you would need for the journey. Our Gers are keeping the fundamental identity for what they have been created centuries ago: a perfect blend of usefulness and comfort, with our natural wooden furniture to store your precious belongings, staying organized, and seat or enjoy a book on a cozy sofa. You can also wash with a dedicated water system with a small sink made for that matter. At times when you need to meditate or relax, some pillow and carpet will welcome you, without losing this connection with the ground, with Nature.

All of our furniture and decorative apparel are made of local natural fibers and materials. It provides an essential connection with the environment you are in and lets you be present. Everyday scented towels will be provided for your own personal toiletry so that you can enjoy keeping fresh and ready for your next adventure. Warm tea for the cool evenings as well as freshwater for the warm days of the Summer will be at your disposal at all times in your new home.

At Wooden Kitchen of Valley, you can listen to the nomadic sound of daily life on the sunny patio while you dine on fresh, seasonal ingredients. With livestock herding views, the restaurant is located just next to Yak Valley Camp. 

For those days where no yurts can be built in the very remote and strictly protected areas and national parks of the country, we chose to provide an excellent - and luxurious - way to spend the nights, outdoors and with a chance to remain as close as possible to the natural sites. That solution is made possible thanks to our high quality and very functional tents, in partnership with the brand “Otog”. 
Those small outdoor lodges are perfect for a comfortable stay wherever we are on location, having all the necessary pieces of furniture you need to spend quality time right within an amazing landscape, a private space to rest and meditate right in front of beautiful sand dunes, mountains or forests.

Introducing a local family we dearly support. At the heart of the ancient capital Kharkhorin, a couple of members founded a small guesthouse from their very own apartment, located at the edge of the city itself, and ideally position towards the directions we take to the countryside. We call it a family private apartment, because the members recently renovated their home in order to welcome foreigners and also Mongolian travelers, with having the benefit of owning their very own room for the night. They dedicated their space to welcome anyone with the warmest possible feeling, including a small garden, a spacious parking place within the facility, showers and modern toiletry, a welcoming dinner room for all to share their experiences of the journey through Mongolia, and comfy and well decorated bedrooms. The feeling spending time here is just like home! You will be served delicious meals - all homemade, with carefully selected ingredients both for the taste and for health. A small garden is dedicated to growing vegetables, with carrots, and the couple owns also another field outside the city to cultivate potatoes and cabbages. Their first business is the local supermarket attached to the facility, that you will find very convenient for refill, and necessary supplies before we venture to the remote territories of the West. A young woman named Bilguun will welcome you there for anything you would like to purchase for this trip.

Between Gers, tents or a local homestay, our approach is unique as it gives you a chance to experience the land, its people and traditions without sacrificing quality rest and a comfy feeling, even to the deepest wilderness.
